Re: Companies asking for feed back of service

I do not do reviews because they are not confidential.  Good bad or otherwise, no thanks.

I don't do them, not because they're not confidential.  If it was just once, I might do one, but they want me to do one every time I visit.  Dentist, Doctor, Etc.  So, I went a week or so ago to do my yearly bloodwork, and I've already gotten one.  And I'll probably get another after I go in for my bloodwork results.  Of course, one of those is done by the nurse practitioner and the other by the doctor, but I just feel inundated with these things.

Re: Companies asking for feed back of service

I always get one after a visit with a particular doctor ,  he is in with a group of other doctors  not a private practice.   He is my favorite Dr ,  I wish actually all my drs were as great !

i don't answer every survey from them ,  but now and then I do .   No real reason to answer every one cause all of my comments are positive till this last time .   I debated to make my comments as the medical assistant usually have who I like very much , she wonderful ,  was tied up with an emergency so an MA I never had took me in to do all the pre stuff they do before the dr comes in.   She was rude , didn't give her name only a quick hi and had me sit for 10 minutes sitting at the computer before addressing me on my meds , any issues since last seen etc.  she had a terrible bad attitude from the get go .  There was a test that needed to be done and there are 2 different tools to use I prefer one in particular, well she got very annoyed , wanted to use the other easier one .  The test results didn't seem correct way off from my usual results  to me and I voiced that she then said the dr can do it for me if I wish ,  I answered that I would be doing that , she said that's your purgative, I answered yes it is !    I even asked her name and she got defensive and told me she's been doing this for 17 yrs like that was suppose to tell me she knows what she's doing which I told her "I don't need to know that ".

anyways I did do the survey and I did state I was very uncomfortable with the MA and felt she was rude and none professional and had an attitude from the very beginning.  I'm a paying patient  who sees this dr every 7 weeks .  I feel I deserve to be treated  with respect as I treat all medical assistances with respect Always .  I Never encountered this before and felt I needed to be addressed.

Re: Companies asking for feed back of service

I'd love to give feed back for the PT I have been receiving, but will hold off for now.  Both therapists that I have received care from are good but the notes that are on 'my chart' about each session...well one therapist is much better at the written word that the other.

A few remarks she left did not make me to happy....I think it is their style of writing and the words they choose.  It is a small office, I really hate to make waves and like I said the care is ok, just the remarks left I didn't like.
