How do you like the new commercial for a  dryer softener where a girl brings her date home and the mean mother Jerks her inside and slams the door in the boy’s face because he has wrinkled pants?

In the next scene, he has obviously used the product, has smooth pants, and the mom welcomes them both in with a big smile.

Stupidist commercial I have ever seen!!

I agree, @LilacTree , STUPID!!  They have to bring sex into everything even something that removes wrinkles.

It certainly didn't make me chuckle OR run out and buy their product.

Actually, after the young man, a teenager really, brings the girl home a second time, the mother does not invite him in. She says, "That's better."

The girl goes inside.

The door is quietly closed.

The boy turns around to walk back to his car, and removes his hand from his neck to reveal her lipstick imprint on his neck.

Here's the commercial.

Hmm, that’s slightly different. Maybe there’s two of them, or they changed it.  But same stupid concept!

Re: Commercial wrinkled pants

Wait-so the daughter brings him home AFTER the date?

Where was mom-zilla when he came to pick up the daughter?

Maybe the clothes were wrinkled DURING the date.  I'm just sayin'.  LOL

The boy is bringing the girl to her her home after the date.

He is seeing her to her door, like a gentleman.

He said that it was the seatbelt that made his clothes so wrinkled to the girl.

She said, "That's okay."

I provided a link to the commercial so that there is no confusion as to what exactly happens, and who says what exactly.

@Anonymous032819   If the seat belt wrinkled his clothes, then the seat belt wrinkled them BEFORE the date.

If he walked her to the door, then he must have walked her OUT of the house at the beginning of the date, where Mom-Zilla would have seen his wrinkled clothes before they left for the date, not after.

In other words, it's just a really stupid commercial with no logic.

And adding the kiss on the neck-I guess a hickey would be out of the question for sensitive viewers.  LMAO

Very few commercials are even worth discussing due to their foolishness!

If this ad is meant to be memorable, mission accomplished.
