Just my observations ---

Hair styles: quite prominent now:

1.  Spaghetti strings

2.  Bird nests

3.  Hair in eyes

Fashion trends:

1.  Bare shoulder

2.  Long tails

3.  Bottom extentions

Simple classics would be SO nice to see.

Re: Comments on current trends

There will always be trends. What works for me might not for another. By now know what I like and looks attractive. Never was a follower. Especially! Tunics or layers upon layers from certain brand here on Qvc. Doesn't bother me seeing trends. Classics are timeless not going anywhere.

Also not crazy about the 'ombre' hair coloring..two and three tone..looks like someone made a mistake and is letting it grow out, but it's on purpose!  Sorry, not for me..

I don't follow trends but if I like something will buy and wear it - more eclectic things.  I have never been a a fan of classic and conservative clothing unless you count jeans!!  It's great that there are places to shop that suit everyone's tastes so no one is forced to wear what they do not like!

@Generous  Look at it this way.  The weirder and wackier other people look, the better you will look in your "classic" style.  I work at a college, so I'm used to seeing just about everything, and I enjoy the entertainment!

Whatever...   It's not rocket science.  Trends come and trends go.  As for "classics"; one woman's idea of classic is another woman's idea of old fashioned and dated.   I'm free to wear what I want to wear and others are free to where what they want to wear.

I'm no fashionista, but the cold shoulder look has really been overdone. It's on clearance at Walmart, and if that doesn't tell you something, it should. Same with "long tails" on clothing. Sharks' teeth, tulip, high-low, whatever it's called, when the bottoms of tops are jagged or lopsided or the back is much longer than the front, it looks odd. Because this has been a trend for a couple of years, it also now looks dated. You can either get out the sewing machine and tailor these faddish items to update them, or hello, thrift shop donation.

I don't know what an "extention" is.
