Re: Coming Back For Second Life

Except "you knew me" "you named me" was not applied to all unborn. Just to one in particular who was created to be a prophet.

Cloistered nun.  I seriously considered it before I got married.

On of my high school friends is a cloistered nun.  She and I went on many double dates with our boyfriends together.  She was fun and very outgoing.

I was shocked when she chose to do this.  In fact, I was very disappointed and thought it was a waste.  I prayed to know why.

Now, I am so proud of her.  How wonderful it is to have a whole group of beautiful women who spend their days praying for all of us.  She is giving  her life all for mankind.  She is very happy with her choice and looks wonderfully young compared to me and the rest of my HS friends.

@alicedee  @Carmie   Mother Dolores Hart has a video out  called God is the bigger Elvis or something like that. It is so inspiring to watch. Her life has been so full ,and people just couldn't grasp ,why she turned her back on a huge career, for the cloister. I think she has another called, the Ear of the Hart ,and  some of the nuns talk about what made them choose this vocation

The thing that struck me was the joy  they all seemed to have found, and the happiness they have with their choice. You might be able to watch them on Netflix. I bought them as part of my own library and even Mr Cherry enjoys watching them

Given this chance, I’d like to try to become a successful architect.

No matter what, animals, and their wellbeing will always be pivotal to me.

Re: Coming Back For Second Life

If I could do it all over again, I would choose a career in astrophysics.  I didn't know astrophysics existed when I was in high school and while I did well in the sciences and loved the idea of space travel and the stars and planets and the cosmos; a career in something like that never even entered my mind.  I watch all those programs on The Science channel and I women with Phd's and careers in those fields, some are my age or older and I wonder....why didn't I know that was a possibility?   Maybe in my next life....
