I have a couple of coloring books.  I have one called "The Enchanted Forest" and another called "Scenes of Paris."

I do them sporadically, like ten or fifteen minutes at a time.  If I'm working around the house and want a break, or if I'm ready to go somewhere and waiting for someone, or if I just want to zone out for a little while.  I also do them a lot while watching tv.

I do feel relaxed when I do them.

I also have the sea life one. I'll have to look for the Scenes of Paris one!

@MaRina

I got it on Amazon.  My bad, the correct title is "Secret Paris:  Color Your Way to Calm" by Zoe De Las Cases.

It's great!  I want to get the Sea Life one, too.  Smiley Happy

I have a smaller Prismacolor set, and I love them.  I should probably just splurge and the get big set.  I think they are the best pencils.

A quick interruption to thank you for the jigsaw puzzle link...here's one I use...

Carry on!

And if I might carry on your interruption, another great site is JigsawsGalore.  They have some for free, but then you can purchase additional sets.  They are awesome!  (Sorry to butt in!)

@Marienkaefer2

I think you would love the larger set of the Prismacolor premier colored pencils ..they come in a tin and have 3 trays of different colored pencils to chose from.

So many different shades of colors to chose from included in the tin.

A few months ago, a few people said some of the coloring books were too detailed for what they were looking for. I have a variety of coloring books and I like the Favorite Roses coloring book and Grandmas Quilts.   A few are inspirational and faith based and fun- Whatever is Lovely Adult coloring book for reflection and worship; Be Still Inspirational coloring therapy of Psalms, and Color the Psalms.  A reviewer Amazon reviews shows a few pages so you can get an idea of what the books/pages are like.
