No. He may have killed three people.

I read a report this morning that his attorney filed a motion to have both the children's necks and his wife's fingernails tested for DNA. Also, they filed for bankruptcy in 2015, lived in a $400,000 home with their combined income only 91k.

Yes, they need that DNA evidence so they can give him the needle.

@occasionalrain  Four people.  The potential for that 4th life was determined by him to be of no value.

Four people.

Whether he killed three people or four people would depend on  Colorado's state law.  It's a settled question that needn't be argued here; it's up to what the state law provides regarding a fetus.

Re: Colorado father confesses to killing wife/kids

People can certainly discuss how they view the third child.

Obviously Colorado law will determine the status of the baby.

We know this.

A topic with much more seriousness than the latest "news" from gossip rags.

True enough that people certainly can discuss how they view the third child.  However, some will be right and some wrong, since it's up to Colorado law on this issue regarding this accused murderer.

I wonder if DNA would be contaminated by the method he used to dispose those beautiful children.

It's the defence, not the prosecution that wants the DNA tests. How do we know that he was abusive, it could just as well have been his wife who was abusive toward him.

How can we know who overspent, wanted the vacations and a third child? She was the one posting what now seems her fantasy; she was the one seeking to impress others.

We don't.  But murder of a pregnant wife and two innocent children has no defenSe.

Suppose the wife killed the children, he discovered it and killed her. Would that be a defence? There is a reason his attorney wants DNA of the children's necks, hands and the wife's hands and nails.
