I drink at least 12 cokes a day. Force myself to drink 16 oz of water a day. I am a cokeaholic and I admit it.

I could keep right up with you, Predsfan...if I let myself. I'm currently trying to drop a few pounds, so I'm only drinking 7.5 oz a day...the best moment of the day. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} Everyone needs a vice in life. Enjoy those cokes!

Years ago I worked in corporate sales and being on the phone much of the day I found myself clearing my throat constantly. When I wanted my voice to sound professional it came out rough and gravelly. I discovered the throat issue was from the sodas I had for breaks and lunch. So I switched to water at work. I was a Pepsi fan but haven't liked sugared colas and sodas and the HFCS in sodas make it very thick and syrupy. Then, for years I spent a lot of money on bottled seltzers because I needed the bubbles. Now I am thrilled to be nearly weaned off to drinking plain water along with plain herbal tea. I also don't add sugar to anything like cereal or coffee/tea.

I drink plain Brita-filtered tap water. And I drink a lot of it, and cook with it too.

I also have to drink Pedialyte and Gatorade at times, but that's a health issue.

I drink diet Coke every day. I try to drink some water every day too but yeah, I do like my diet Coke.

I gave up Coke, so it would be water with Crystal Lite pink lemonade for me.
