My guess is that the first 3 letters of his name is a derogatory name for a sexual orientation.

It's a computer program, so it isn't arbitrary as to it's use.

Sad.  What a great musical legacy, like really no other,  New meaning to "fusion" styles.

My fave all-time sax great (of all times), Phil Woods, played on a few of theirs (Just the Way You Are and Dr. Wu).

Sad news...I was 19, when "Hey Nineteen was a hit.  I thought it was written for me of course.  Grat music from a great band.  He has joined THAT othe GREAT band in heaven.  RIP Mr Becker
