Clothes, Clothes and more clothes (or should I say fashion ??)

What's with all the fashion programming and fashion days ? First we had Fashion Monday and now it seems to have taken over. Or maybe it's just because everytime I look to see what's on it's a huge block of time with Kim Gravel and I'm not a fan. Please don't tell me to change the channel - that would require me to watch in the first place. Just wondering if anyone knows why. I guess times have changed.

Well just using my common sense, it's not a leap to understand that the designers/vendors that sell the most....get the most air time. Qvc isn't an entertainment channel, they are retailer and they want sales.

@Catbelly QVC has had seasonal fashion days for as long as I can remember. Most of us look forward to them with great anticipation.

The TSV, which Kim has today, always dominates the schedule for the day it appears. This also is nothing new.

If you'd rather watch the presentation of mattresses or vacuum cleaners, perhaps you can find them elsewhere.

@Catbelly I'm really enjoying the little I have seen. So much better, to me, than mattresses, vacuums, and electronics. Maybe go to Q2? I think I read somewhere that ITKWD was on Q2 this weekend.

I'tll be mostly fashion on Mondays, Wednesday & Friday. And Saturday morning. Everything else on occasion is fashion also. Mostly from their big guns, Graver, Gravel, Mizrahi. Sometimes they have Candace and all the petite women swarm all over. They make sales for QVC. Sometimes they'll have something close to fashion....lots of beauty products, shoes. That sells. Not electronics. Women are viewers and shoppers. And they like to shop for themselves. Plus QVC is committed to this kind of shopping. And because t's Sunday. It's a day of rest. David will be in the kitchen.
