(LOL, we must have at least 6" new snow from yesterday afternoon, here in SW MI, and the snow plow has been by 3 times now.  Love that.)

@qualitygal   I may have mentioned this before, I have a friend in dearborn who is SO OVER what you folks have been still suffering with there. I haven't heard from him yet this morning, he said it wasn't good there yesterday. Ended his day with high winds, not sure how much snow he got, he was also anticipating losing power again too. He lost power for 3-4 days/nights a week or so ago when you folks had very cold temps.

So sorry you're still getting snow up north. We've been so lucky here, very little snow this season, temps each week for the last 4-6 weeks we've had decent temps and one day a week, enjoying high 60s/ up to mid 70s!!! Not rubbing it in but our weather this winter has been very odd.

Heavy snow,windy,they say 12 inches,so worried about losing power today.

It's crazy all over. Here in NC, our trees have blossomed early, blossons are falling off and it's unseasonably warm.  

I would like it just a bit cooler ..........but it's only the beginning of March.

@qualitygal  Here in Chicago, the prediction originally was for 5-8 inches.  Thankfully, we did not get one flake!!  So far we have been missing every storm which either go to the north or the south of us.  Not sure how much longer we'll be this lucky!

Rain/sleet/snow mix here in RI.   We were woken up numerous times last night with the howling wind and sleet hitting the house.  We have about 2 inches of snow, sleeting right now and everything is covered in ice!    Supposed to turn back to all snow later with little accumulation.  I actually would just prefer a good snow storm, ice is the absolute worse!

Agree with others, this winter has been really strange.  Oh well, I don't have to go out today so happy the Q has fashions on

@qualitygal    Lucky you.  I'd love that.  The window is closing for us to get any snow this winter.  We need moisture so badly, I'd even take rain happily.

It's the same here in the NC mountains.  The daffodils are up also.
