Do you have a favorite that you find very relaxing?  I haven't listened to mine in awhile.  I do like the Four Seasons, Vivaldi I think.  Need to dig some out. LOL

Do you like it, Classical?

Love classical music.  I only listen to WFMT.FM here in Chicago.  Mendelssohn's violin concerto is one of my favorites.   And just about anything by Beethoven.  The station also plays some Eric Satie which I find very relaxing.

My taste in music has envolved.  Prior to my 30s, always listened to rock and roll.  Then I moved on to country western.  Now my choice is classical.  Find it very soothing.

My favorites have always been Chopin piano etudes, especially "Fur Elise".

@qualitygal  I read somewhere The Four Seasons is the classical piece most often being played simultaneously throughout the world at any given time. Don't know if that is true or not.

For me, my favorite for relaxing is the Intermezzo from Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana. Not very long, but just sublimeSecond would be Debussy's Clair de Lune

@deepwaterdotter  I also love Chopin's Etudes. My favorite is Etude in E Major, Opus 10, Number 3. My brother included it in his wedding just for me.

And @kaydee50  is correct. Fur Elise is by Beethoven.

Sorry-I see the "Fur Elise" mistake has been corrected.
