Great photos.  That chain for the Titanic anchor is really something.

 

Regarding parallel parking on the hills of San Fran, how on earth do you park on a steep hill like that?  And I bet at that point in time, a lot of those vehicles had manual transmissions.  That would cause me nightmares!!
