I live in the western suburbs of Chicago.  And as long as I'm complaining, I want to know who's paying for those commercials Rauner is bombarding us with.  At first they were fine but now they are getting on my nerves and unfortunately are probably being paid with funds from our pockets.  Like we can afford THAT.
