I haven't seen or heard of that.  I noticed yesterday though on my run to the dairy that the Catholic church down the road was having drive-thru confessions.

Could you please tell me where you live?

Re: Church I drove by this morning

Yes, I read about those drive-thru confessions, as well as "drive-in" services, reminiscent of the old drive-in theaters.

Then there's the mayor here, who allowed a street vigil of over 100 packed people after a weekend shooting, because it was "important for people to come together" and they were doing so "in a peaceful manner."

No wonder the cross-country decisions by some officials to dictate to some churches everything from canceling services to what constitutes an "acceptable" communion wafer, is being scrutinized by the DOJ, as lawsuits are being filed.

Services canceled by edict and draconian penalties, while mass gatherings deemed by TPTB as "important," and shopping excursions viewed as "necessary" are ignored has gone over like a you-know-what in you-know where.

Good.
