Do any of you have neighbors who have lights year-round? Valentines Day is red; March is green; Easter is kind of a pastel-color and for spring there is white lights with colored lights around the trees. 4th of July will be red, white and blue and Halloween, etc.!! I'm not being picky (even though I do not like this neighbor!!) but do you have anyone in your neighborhood that keeps lights up all year? I don't mean Christmas lights but the change of seasons.

No.... but there is a house not too far from mine that has about 10 or twelve scarecrows in their yard. It looks kind of creepy to me.

Yes, my across the street neighbor at my previous house had lights for every holiday. I like Christmas lights and decorations as a celebration of the season (and a nice break from winter) but it was too much by the time we got to Easter, July 4th, etc. I felt like the HOA should gave sanctioned them since there were strict rules over when a house could have Christmas lights, but they never did.

Yes, some of the different apartments in our complex have the different colors for whatever the time of the year is. Guess Memorial Day they will be red, white, and blue.

No not near us but I've seen them in other neighborhoods.I love lites tho! We lite up a sparkle garden at our church for the little kids ( adults like it too!) & change the lites for different seasons but it's in a area you don't really see from the street (:

A sparkle garden? I love that! I like lights, too. I put them up just under our fireplace mantel when I decorate for a holiday. I use LED lights in soft colors. I had yellow and pink for Easter. There's nothing up now, but I'll do red, white and blue for July 4th.

Hard to define a "neighborhood" here but yes, there is a woman about 1/2 mile from me who decorates seasonally with string lights.

She had up a small white Christmas tree outside for Valentine's Day with pink lights! Looked awesome! She decorated for Easter with pastels.

Her home is tastefully unique. I love her style!

My deck is all decorated for summer with lights plus our umbrellas have lights attached to them. Yes this is the house of lights hanging off my deck posts are red white and blue icicle lights.
