Christmas gifts for pets.

Do you hang a stocking for your pets? One year I did. I had a double hanger for my mom and dad's stockings. After mom died I hung dad's stocking and did not want an empty hook next to it so I hung a stocking for our dog.

Now we have to have a stocking for her every year because my son likes to have a stocking for her. He even wrote about her stocking in a second grade essay about her.

She gets a new toy and a box of treats. That satisfies my son's desire to include her and it is stuff she needs anyway - her toys don't last long!
