Christmas Delivery- What is the "guarantee"

I have heard a lot about the "Christmas Delivery Guarantee" this year...I did not order any last minute presents from the Q, but I am curious, what exactly is the "guarantee"? is it a money back guarantee, and if so how is that above and beyond their normal holiday return policy? Ive heard all the hosts say "Ive been with Q for xx years and we have shipping down pat, if we didnt do it, we couldnt say it"

I guess what I am asking is,

How does the Q make it right when they break a promise?
