Choosing an Alaska cruise

My friend and I are hoping to take a cruise to Alaska this spring. I am overwhelmed with all the options out there. I'm interested in a casual environment where we don't have to dress formally for meals etc. Not really interested in partying much and would like good food! it seems like Norwegian and Holland America might be good but really don't know. Any suggestions?
