Chicken Soup ~ what veggies do you like in yours?

If you could share a recipe I'd appreciate it. I am about to make some and I think I'm missing something? It's been so long since I made a pot but I feel a cold coming on and want to have some on hand. And what type of noodles do you use, brand, shape, etc. TIA!
