When I saw the title of this thread, I was expecting to find a photo of a British royal.

I went to his sold out concert in Dallas a few years ago. The last song was Purple Rain.  The camera descended slowly ending in a close up of his face....oh, those beautiful, sleepy, romantic eyes!  He'd blink slowly to maximize those luscious, thick lashes.  We were mesmerized!

He's never been my cup of tea either, and his shortness and stature give - to me- the appearance of a little boy.  I don't see the attraction. Nor would I be attracted to a man wearing eye makeup!   Nor is his music my cup of tea either. However,   I do think that's a great photo and he's very well preserved!.

U.S. passports are good for ten years. This may from a passport soon to expire, so the photo could be from ten years ago.

I totally agree with you .... a real man should never wear eyeliner or any make up!!!! ... What the heck is this world coming to? ..... people actually commented that his " look" looks good ..... this is the reason all the young kids today are messed up .... they look up to someone like Prince!!!! .... give me a break!!!

The date stamp indicates the photo is recent. It's true he is petite but in perfect proportion. I have no problem with men wearing makeup, they have been doing so for centuries. What makes a man is not what's on his face.
