Hello,
I ordered an item yesterday morning and choose Easy Pay but I noticed today that I was charged the payment amount and the full amount? Is this normal? Is the full amount just an authorization and will drop off?
I sent an email to them but I'm not sure what their customer service hours are. I'm kinda not happy since there was a reason I choose Easy Pay to begin with.
Also, is there a way to cancel an order even though there is no option for me to do it?

Call customer service, I'm sure they will change it.

If you paid with PayPal, it will show that the full amount was authorized but the easy payment is what is charged every month.

I on the other hand don't want easy pay. I liked the oth er way better. Hope I did it right.

I had a similiar situation and called Customer Service. She said the credit card should show both the full pay amount and the easy pay and in a couple days the full payment amount would disappear since I requested Easy Pay on an item...I have never saw or heard of this before, is this a glitch in the system??? Or if what Customer Service told me is incorrect, how can I correct it to show the Easy Pay.....????

Unfortunately, your order was authorized for the full amount and the easy pay amount. The representative you spoke with is correct - both amounts will drop off and then you will be billed the easy pay amount. I apologize but there was a glitch in our system.

Thank you so much Beth for your help, I appreciate the information....the item was a bit pricey thats why I chose Ez Pay and was surprised when I checked my credit card....I hope this glitch was fixed ....Have a good day!
