@Stelladorable

Our parents NEVER "punished" us and neither of us became drug abusers or alcoholics. We were typical kids in the '50's and '60's of upper middle class America. Our lives were wonderful, well-loved and fun-filled.

We did not ever consider placing dirty hands or our mouths on the windows for fun. We often wondered about parents who drove those vehicles with filty windows though . . . and thought it was horrible. I'll take my parents and my childhood any day over that Chapstick commercial.

Give me real outside fun not a sicko commercial for childhood memories.

I think it's cute and I can totally see this happening.

Right?  The tagline is "A little happy goes a long way".  How dried up and miserable do you have to be to be so incensed by someone else's fictional kid making a little mess on someone else's fictional SUV?

So your upper middle class ideal upbringing included being taught as a child to judge the cleanliness of other people's cars? How lucky for you! Sounds like heaven.

You sound ridiculous for being so upset about a commercial @layla2450 .  Get a grip.
