I got the impression the original comments were taken out of context ... or somehow misinterpreted.    

 

What I read was that they were considering reducing prices during slow hours, and NOT they they were going to raise them during busy hours.

 

Since I have never eaten food from Wendy's, I honestly don't care.  

 

Whatever actually happened, it is definitely a PR nightmare ... yikes!

 

I think this the way they tried to spin it AFTER the fact.  It's not the way it was reported the first time around.
