Champagne and sparkling wine

In honor of the new year who's drinking what?

My DH and I share a bottle of bubbly on NYE. I rarely have it any other time so I usually needed an annual reaquaintance session (online search) to decide what to purchase. I got lazy and purchased Freixenet the last few years. It's always on sale this time of year for ~$9 (regularly ~$14) and good for the price, but yesterday I went crazy and purchased Domaine Chandon Blanc de Noirs for a whole $14 (regularly ~$23). I convinced myself it was a better deal. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I'd love to know what every one else gets to celebrate with. Who's got a great, hopefully inexpensive, label to share?

The best champagne I ever had was a Perrier-Jouet, with the flowers on the bottle. Friends shared it with us and it was literally delicious. Much too expensive for me though, at least until I win the lottery.
