Have you recently received an email from the Census Bureau asking you to complete a survey that consists of two questions?  Is this for real?

Thanks for your response....I'm not sure if this should be opened or trashed.

@phoenixbrd  I wouldn't answer unless the request contained information directly addressed to me. --  name, address, etc.   Did you try snopes.com for new scams?

I have not.   Sounds like a scam to me.  Never respond.

@phoenixbrd my friend got a Census Bureau packet in November.  It sure looked official but we both thought the census was over so she didn't fill it out. It was several pages long, not an email.

I received a text message saying it was from the Census

bureau.  I deleted it and blocked the number.  A scam for

sure!

I don't remember giving my cell phone number on a census form ever.  If I recieved a text, I would delete it and block the number.

If it is from the census bureau I'm not filling it out unless forced by law and taking away my right to buy chocolate.

I don't know how in today's world they can even pretend to get accurate information.
