When we were messing with Keto, there were people on Youtube with recipes to make the cauliflower pizza.  You may want to check it out.

I have been wanting to try this too, as I don't normally like cauliflower.

@QVCkitty1   This company has a great website. Right after DH & I had the first ones to let them know what a hit they are with us. You can order from their site if you've a mind to. Don't know how you feel about ordering such items via a site. I'd have nor problem doing with as we were afraid the grocery store wouldn't have them but they sell all 3 flavors( giant eagle).

These are worth trying.

My new choice for pizza.  Get mine at Costco.

We picked up the CauliPower Pizza a few weeks ago at a local grocery store and it really was pretty darn good. In fact, we liked it a bit better than the Miltons Cauliflower Crust Pizza that we have been purchasing at Costco for quite a while. We sometimes add more toppings and tad bit more cheese over that and enjoy a slice or two with a salad for dinner.  I purchased an Oprah's Pizza with the combo crust and didn't care for it - the crust was too heavy/dense and the calories were higher than either of the above mentioned. We enjoy a crispier crust. These cauliflower crust pizzas are a nice alternative to standard pizzas when you are watching your calories.
