Issie, I just heard on FNC that Bart will NOT be going to his former home as they have been checked out and their living conditions are deemed unacceptable to own this cat.

I had heard that one of his caregivers is adopting him but I didnt know the full story behind that, so the above sentence explains this. Good, I am happy Bart will go to a more caring forever home.
