This is good news, I know a lot of displaced casino workers that are itching to go back to work.

Casinos are full of people that love to gamble; and I'd say they're probably taking the ultimate gamble to end all gambles.

Full disclosure, I love to gamble too. Love casinos.

Just not willing to make that incredibly high wager right now.

Hope everyone stays save and well.

Casinos might not be essential for me either but they are essential for thousands of employees all across the U.S.

I am so happy that so many got their job back and are able once again to pay their bills and feed their children.

It brings me great joy to see happy faces, I don't care what their employment is.

We live in Reno/ Sparks NV,  I’m trying to understand how opening the Casinos is going to work. We drove by one today and the parking lot was packed. How can they do the six foot rule?

I was thinking the same thing.  It shocked me they opened.  I guess more shocking people waited in line to get in.  I live in the same area.  I am also shocked that people have money to gamble.  Well good for them I guess.  The virus is still around and I think people are forgetting about it.

Thankfully much of the country has moved past this "essential only" Time line to a more normal existence.

People working from home had their expenses cut by a large amount (travel, food, clothes, tolls, etc.).  Also almost everyone got a stimulus check and they are putting it back into the economy.

As far as the virus, I believe that is a moot point when I see all of the people out and about exercising their rights.  Just saying.  Little hypocrisy!!

Not much 'social distancing' at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino pool party in LV:

Face it, people have moved on and are past the "fear and hysteria" .
