I guess I am paying more attention, since this thread. This morning on the way into the office I called ahead to a diner that I have to pass to order a breakfast burrito.

 

I went inside to pay and they were charging 3.8% if you used a card. As I mentioned up-thread I always have cash on me so that is what I paid with.
