Casey Anthony case: Forensic scientist CNN "analyst" was connected with defense

I'm outraged that following the end of today's proceedings, both Vinnie Politan and then Jane Velez Mitchell had as one of their analysts Dr. Lawrence Kobilinsky, who sharply criticized and mocked Dr. Vass's science and methodology, as well as the earlier hair banding evidence, WITHOUT HLN EVER DISCLOSING THAT KOBILINSKY WAS AT ONE POINT A DEFENSE CONSULTANT ON THE ANTHONY CASE. See, for example, this story.

I think it is completely unethical not to disclose this, and I've e-mailed HLN to complain about it. When Linda Kenny Baden is on, she's introduced as a former member of the defense team. Why isn't Kobilinsky also identified as having been a consultant to the defense team?

Certainly HLN should know this--I originally remember hearing it way back when on Nancy Grace, where he had been a frequent guest. I think HLN has an ethical obligation to its viewers to disclose the connection.
