Cannot connect to Your Question has been Answered

When I post a product question on a Qvc item, I usually get an email from QVC when a QVC customer has responded.  Lately when I click on See Your Answer on my iPad using Safari as usual, I do not get connected. It says something about micro sites blocked or something.  Can anyone please help me.  QVC has not been helpful with this at all. Sometimes I am not sure which product it was posted to. Please help.

I'd post over in 'electronics' or 'customer service' or email offline to 

QVCSocialteam@qvc.com      I got a Mac too and this site is not real

kind to Safari I have lots of trouble with this site .

Download and use a browser other than Safari for use on the QVC website.  There are many functions where Safari doesn't work.  QVC is aware of this but can't fix it.

@hari @I'm on Yahoo Mail and using iPad with OS 14.2. I think what's happening is connected to one of these two things. It's some type of blocking that either Apple or Yahoo Mail is doing. It could be some type of security program . If you are using anything like I am, please let me know. I looked up micro sites  online. You can also do this.

@hari @Mindy D I use safari on my ipad with no problems.  I use yahoo mail on my ipad app and have no problem connecting to the qvc website on safari from an email. What you describe sounds like a security settings in your email, so you may want to check the security settings in your email app, whether the ipad app or the yahoo app.  Or possibly you have antivirus software installed in your ipad that restricts this.  It wouldn't be unusual to have a setting blocking access from email to internet because that is often times how people transmit viruses.  Only click on email links from senders that you trust, and make sure it is not a spoofer pretending to be a sender that you trust.

 

I never ask product questions because they don't seem to get answered that often.
