I ordered The Insider mag last July and my first issue came in October 2010. In the spring I kept getting e mails saying my subscription needed to be renewed as it was soon to expire. I didn't check when I had ordered it originally so I renewed it for another $ 12.00. My magazine never comes on time and usually arrives a day before the new month begins. I went online to view the Insider and sure enough there was a " renew now " sign. I decided to check my order status and called to cancel it. The CS man said he could refund me $ 11.00. I said what month did I get my first issue? He said Oct. I told him $ 11.00 wasn't correct as I would not be getting the Sept issue or Aug issue. He said they mailed the Aug issue. At the end he said he would credit me $ 13.00. I think the reason I am so irritated re: the Insider is the e mail I got today saying there was Easy Pay and when I ordered an item, I then found out the item had to be more than $ 50.00!! The Insider price isn't worth it to me and it bugged me that they kept telling me to renew when I had MONTHS left on the subscription.
