Can you stand the heat?

It's getting warm here in Utah all of a sudden. My house is at 87F. Finished basement is much cooler.

I am trying not to incur the expense of the air conditioning. Tomorrow it is supposed to hit 90F.

So, how about it? How much heat can you stand? What temperature setting is reasonable for air con?
