Yep...just looked up Bacardi, and it seems they left the Bahamas years ago. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy} (I really liked that tour)

I'll have to try to visit the Florida location.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Check out the Anheuser Busch tour, as well. It's pretty cool, especially when the Clydesdales are in town. I think that's usually the weekend before the Daytona 500.

Dam Yankee, I've been to Busch Gardens...that's the location you mean, right? Loved that.

I've also seen the Clydesdales in NH, at the Budweiser Brewery in Merrimack. They aren't always on site there either (they travel), but I did see them up close and personal. Just beautiful.

I actually meant the Budweiser plant in Jacksonville. We've seen them there, twice... up close and personal, just like you said. There's one named Dillon that I wanted to horsenap. He was soooo sweet, but I couldn't get him into my purse. {#emotions_dlg.blushing}

Only 35% are over 65 because snowbirds are not residents in Florida - they are residents where they still have a home somewhere up north. My plan of 140 homes goes down to only 8 who stay here all summer.The largest employer in our town is the hospital which averages 20 patients a day in the summer and is full capacity in season. many of the full time residents of Florida love to go on & on about how they dislike the snowbirds - but they certainly like our money , don't they. Without snowbirds Florida would financially collapse.

Without Tourists, yes, maybe; without Snowbirds, hardly!
