Can't sign up for sweepstakes

Don't know what I'm doing -- or not doing -- right, but I cannot access the sign in for the sweepstakes. I keep getting emails that tell me to Sign Up! but it's only worked once (the page that tells you to put in your email).

 

Is there a secret code?

Good question!   I ,too, receive the emails to enter the sweepstakes and I only get the option to Enter here...  so I'm not sure if I'm entered or not.  After I click that, everything disappears.

If you are on face book go to QVC and post a message to them letting them know it is not working for you. They will send you a link and then it will work. That is what I did and it has been no problem since then.
