Tone cocoa butter soap is the only one we've used for decades. Now I can't find it in stores. I checked Amazon and the asking price was $36 for 6 bars! It's come down a little, but I'm not paying $25 for soap.
As a matter of fact, the stores are selling less bar soap and more liquid soaps in their stupid single use plastic bottles.
Sigh! I know - worse problems in the world. But we don't like any of the available bar soaps. Dial, Irish Spring, etc. give DH a rash and he won't use a soap marketed for women.

I've also noticed it's increasingly difficult to find bar soap. For years, they've been pushing liquid soap in crazy wasteful plastic bottles.

Yardley makes a cocoa butter soap that is unisex. Try checking Dollar Tree, Walgreens, or Amazon. It is usually just a dollar or so a bar.

My dad loved Tone soap! I thought about it recently when I switched from most time body wash back to bar soap. I have not found it difficult to get.
I am using Dove, Dial and Safeguard. It rinses off well and I feel cleaner.
Funny but you don't hear people cry about body wash and cosmetic packing killing the earth do you? They seem to pick on stuff they don't like. One of the most obvious problems would be cleaning products--including body wash.
Bar soap is fine and far less to haul around and throw away.

My husband uses the Kirkland shea butter bars of soap sold at Costco. I only see the liquid Tone soap for sale at my local grocery store.

@PilatesLover If you'd Google the name, you might find some sources for it.

I find my Tone Body Wash At Dollar General, Family Dollar,
sometimes I drive to another small town, and they have stuff that the other store doesn't have. Then I usually stock up and buy a couple of bottles. Check Dollar Tree too.

I hope you find your soap, but I suggest you also work on identifying a Plan B.
Yesterday I was at my Kroger store and picked up a 4 bar pack of Dove Sensitive soap for $2.40. Unusually good price for bar soap!
Clearly, they are looking at what sells, and making room on shelves for other products that have a better turnaround.

Whatever product you like -- buy it in multiples when you find it!!
AND for me that includes comfortable, supportive, non-aggravating althletic shoes! (Those of a certain age will understand what I am saying!)
