Can't C/P Anymore or Post Links???

I and some others are having troubling c/p and/or posting links. The c/p post will show up after submit but then disappear.

I don't know if anybody has brought this up already - is there another rule now about c/p?

{{{sylvia}}} I tried to post for Gloriajean this morning - she couldn't get her posts to stay. Mine did but within a few minutes it was gone. The thread remained but the post was gone.

I just tried to c/p some stats on the domestic violence thread; the stats posted after I hit submit but then disappeared with just a blank with my nic.

I just wondered if something had been said by the Q about it.

There's something odd going on. I tried to post a link on one of the Joan Rivers jewelry threads earlier and it went haywire. The link replicated so many times the post was huge, I mean really terribly huge, and I couldn't edit it to fix it. It was so distracting that I sent an email to the "social team" email address, and fortunately they removed it. I thought it was just me, or that link, but now I really wonder what's going on.

(eta: I'm afraid to try a link as a test, for fear the same mess will show up.)

Too bad it didn't work. That domestic violence thread needed some stats. I would've been very interested to see what you found.

dooBdoo: Thanks - it looks like everything is back in order this morning. There are c/p posts in Among Friends that are working today.

Deb: The link is still up on that thread - well, it's not a direct link but you can go to ncadv.org for the stats and there is also a link on that site to the Justice Dept.
