Thanks everyone! Now that you told me I recognize it. I saw it in a magazine at doctors office and someone had taken the page that listed it and the marinade. So I took a pic of it. I knew I'd get the answer here. I'm always looking for veggies for the grill!🍴🍄🌽

Not just bok choy, but the size indicates Baby Bok Choy.

Very tender & sweet when steamed.

i love baby bok choy!

i like to cut them in half, sear or saute them on the stove, and then sprinkle with a bit of garlic wok oil and soy sauce.

also good served with some caramelized onions on top.

love it all ways.

make or buy chicken broth. chop bok choi and add along with some won tons or noodles. a wonderful addition to soup.
