@SharkE  I'm not sure I've followed everything perfectly in this thread, but I wanted you to know I did not "turn you in" in case that's what you thought. I started the first thread on this topic in "among friends." Personally, I don't mind there being multiple threads on the same topic, but I respect the mods decision to do whatever they deem as appropriate. Cheers!

You can choose a forum on the left and only see threads in that category or you can choose 'View All Forums' and see threads in all categories.

I hope this is what you were wondering, if not, please ignore! LOL!

   I guess I was just typing out loud....haha.  I just thought it was interesting that some people stick to certain forums. I wondered about that.

I just find that I like to see it all, especially since there are so few postings in the first place and I don't want to miss anything!

It's very important that threads be put in the correct forum.  I couldn't tell you how many times I've searched for something when I couldn't remember the author and couldn't find it under the subject where it should have been classified.

Where you usually go or where your friends are has nothing to do with the forum where a thread should be placed.  They're sort of like library books in that there's a protocol for proper classification.

What is the difference between Community Chat, Among Friends, and Q Talk?  They are basically the same.  Perhaps they should be combined.  Beauty, Fashion, Handbags, and Shoes could be combined.  Kitchen and Recipes could be.

@SharkE.  If you'd elected to have topics listed in the order in which they were posted, you'd have all of today's  entries together, listed first and could quickly find it.

This is very interesting.  I didn't realize how many people just read certain categories.  As someone said, you are missing out on a lot of good information or gossip by not clicking "view all forums".
