Can anyone tell me how to get the most out of my Solofill cup in my Keurig?

Hi Everyone,

Bought this last summer (I think), in the hopes that I could create that perfect k-cup coffee cup with my own coffee. For whatever reason, it doesn't EVER taste the same to me. Usually it's that it does not taste strong or flavorful enough.

Is there a different brand I should be checking out? Is there a way to pack this thing that I'm missing?
