We were pondering this at a cook-out today for the life of us we could not come up with the answer.
Has anyone been to or had a Wedding where there was several (3+ hours) between the wedding and reception? (no travel between the venues) Why would a bride and groom do this?
A friend was at such a wedding, guests where NOT aware of this until day of. Several of the guests had the plan to head home after the early afternoon affair only to find out the reception did not begin until 6:30. ?!?!??!??
There has to be a reason, but for the life of me I can not figure it out!
