Can You Please TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE

Took my grands to see the Smurf movie...and one woman had her cell on the whole time...she was taking pictures of her kids...she was sending texts...how rude!!! There was no way to get away from that very bright light...as she was way down front...and kept holding it up in the air.....{#emotions_dlg.mad}
