Can I Re-Freeze Meat Loaf?

I made a large meatloaf a few weeks ago, and froze it. Yesterday I defrosted it but we only ate a portion of it. Can I refreeze what's left? I'd hate for it to go to waste and we don't want to eat it again tonight.
