Can Anyone Shed Some Light On How To Get Rid of Rachael From Card Services?

The robocaller named Rachael calls me several times a week. I tried to block the # but this robocaller just switches the #. At first it did not bother me....now I am getting irritated. I can't always look to see who is calling and today I ran for the phone thinking it was my DD.

Anyone who has had to deal with Rachael or some other robocaller? Appreciate any help
