Calling alll pool people....

tell me the pros and cons of owning a pool, dh says they are too expensive and too much trouble....but he doesn't really want one, lol.....also in keeping with the theme of the day should I be concerned about germs, babies in swimmies, little(and big) kids doing what they do, just keeping it clean in general.
