Thank you and I copied and pasted everything. My granddaughter eats vegan pasta and vegan sauce, I just wanted to spruce it up more to add other ingedients to make it a vegan dish.

 

And youre right about the fishes and Italian "Catholics" but we are not Catholic. My Mom was Protestant, and dad turned Protestant too way back when so we were raised Protestant (with extended family being Catholic).

 

So what I meant by traditional is the "food" not the traditional "Catholic Christmas Eve" itself, (if that makes sense?)
