I ordered a cupcake maker from HSN on the 4th.  It's a full-size (12) cupcake maker.  Shipping was $3.00, I'm guessing, weighing 8lbs.  I received it this afternoon.  Also got 2% from Ebates.

I'm very pleased with the shipping time and charges.  Very pleased and wanted to share a positive experience.Woman Happy

I almost ordered that.  Please let us know when you use it, I'm curious.

@Annabellethecat66. just perused the recipe book - YUM!  There's even a recipe for a pizza cupcake made with store-bought pizza dough, corn dog cupcakes, pb and choc muffins, banana crumb muffins and eleven other cupcake recipes, along with three frosting recipes.  Supposedly takes 7-10 minutes - that's what got me, along with the good reviews.

I'l certainly let you know how it works.  (You could be the head cupcake maker at Fairview! he,he!)

Thanx, @hellodali.  I haven't heard of that one but will certainly look into it!

I'm puzzled about this.  What's better about it than a cupcake pan and the oven?

It takes less time to heat up and bakes cupcakes in 7-10min; and just wipe off with damp cloth to clean the nonstick surface.

Aside from being time-saving, saves electricity - it's like warming up an electric skillet compared to an electric oven.

Less electricity and less heat in the kitchen on a hot summer day?

@GSPgirl

Didn't think about the heat on a hot summer day - that is another great reason!  Right now we're getting ready for a third snowstorm in less than two weeks so that wasn't on my mind, but it will be during the hot, humid weather - for sure!

I saw that, not on HSN.  I saw it in a catalog and I thought of buying one.  But I quickly backed away from that idea; I don't need anything that will make it easier or me to bake cupcakes and muffins.  I'm not going down that slippery slope.
