Dear Born to Shop .. Last April .. out of nowwhere we had 2 Sandcranes

roaming around our cul-da-sac for a couple of days .. they were so

tame they would come right up to you ...amazing ...We didn't test them

with reaching out or anything ....but they seemed so tame ....

@nana59 That would be kind of creepy.  Empathy is always a good thing.

We have them here, they're fun to watch. Especially the babies. They feed the same time morning & night.

Wouldn't recommend having them for dinner vs a farm raised bird. Sure not the same!

That was my question ... are you going to be served wild turkey or one raised on a farm?  Wild turkeys are pretty scrawny....

Wild turkeys are normal sized.

The farm raised oned have been bred to be abnormal monstrosities.

Also, wild turkeys have a different flavor to them.

Farm raised turkeys have had all of the natural flavor bred out of them.
