On April 13, I ordered the Susan Graver TSV dress that will be shown tomorrow. Well this morning, I saw that Rakuten was now at 10% for QVC, vs. the 2% on the day I ordered it. So I was able to cancel the order I placed on April 13 and order it again this morning. I was just looking at the two orders on my account. On the April 13 order, I was charged $5.50 in shipping. For the April 15 order, it was down to the usual $3.50 shipping. I am glad it went down. and that I had a reason to cancel and reorder.
But why was is higher days ago? Was this a way to get a few extra dollars from people that ordered the dress early?
