After being a QVC shopper for over 15 years, I've decided it's time to move on. I've had too many orders wrong, long waits for refunds/credits, odd (used) merchandise. That added to the lack of real specials and increasing shipping costs has me shopping elsewhere. In fact, I just placed and order at that other southern channel. Got free shippingand a 10 percent off special as a new customer. I am a little disappointed not to see a community chat forum on the other site though. So, I may lurk here, but the Q will survive without me, I'm sure.
